MyWarung® Casual Dining, Coffee & Bar is inspired by a humble Indonesian warung; a homey dining establishment serving freshly prepared homecooked fares in a laidback environment at affordable fares but equipped with world-class culinary standards that would meet the needs of even the most difficult taste. The culinary team is led by French-Canadian chef Hugo Coudurier who has worked in some of the most celebrated kitchens in Europe and the United States. After completing his culinary academy in Dijon, chef Hugo Coudurier joined maître cuisine de France Je an -Jacque Noguler at the Michelin Star awarded restaurant La Ferme in Bossey, thereafter moving to hotel des Trois Valees in Coucheval and then Guy Savoy/s flagship 3-Michelin star restaurant “Guy Savoy Paris” prior to being sent to head restaurant Guy Savoy @ The Caesar’s Palace Hotel Las Vegas as executive chef. Chef Coudurier is excited in sharing his gastronomic vision and expertise with local cooking talents and personally overlooks the menu and kitchen staff development for MyWarung®. MyWarung® Casual Dining, Coffee & Bar Canggu’s interior was designed by ideAnonim, a renown Indonesian architecture & design firm heavily influenced by a Wabi-Sabi (a Japanese art of finding beauty in imperfection and profundity in earthiness, of revering authenticity) style using a jumble of curated pre-loved eclectic furniture from across Indonesia. MyWarung® Casual Dining, Coffee & Bar Canggu features a short and sharp menu encompassing global flavors, with an emphasis on locally grown produce and the highest-quality meat. Chef Hugo Coudurier first foray into fast-casual fare serve around 16 dishes, priced at the rock-bottom IDR 20K to IDR 275K (around USD $2 to $20) each but nevertheless reflect the precise seasoning, layered flavoring and exacting technique chef his cuisines are known for. Signature dishes include the K Burger (Succulent ground Australian beef patty served with double fried hand cut potato chips and home-made dressings), L'Entrecôte Steak & Fries (grain-fed Australian beef prepared to your liking, served with fries and walnut green salad) as well as classic breakfast all-time favorites such as Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Smoothie Bowls and some vegetarian dishes. MyWarung® Casual Dining, Coffee & Bar Canggu opens 7 (seven) days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8 AM to 11 PM. MyWarung® second outlet MyWarung® Echo Beach was just also recently opened in mid-January 2017. Currently it serves breakfast and lunch only from 8 AM to 5 PM.
